Magnesium is an essential amino acid which helps maintain nerve function and metabolism processes. L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid which is absorbed quickly when combined with B vitamins. Chamomile is a herb which can the nervous and digestive symptoms. Thiamine, Riboflavin, niacin, and pyridoxine are all B vitamins which support metabolic and red blood cell formation processes, and can also help maintain normal muscle, nerve, and skin function.
